Dubai’s Museum of the Future to Showcase Innovation at South by Southwest (SXSW) 2025
Riyadh, February 20, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Dubai’s Museum of the Future, a global symbol of innovation and future foresight, has announced its participation in South by Southwest (SXSW) 2025, the world’s leading festival for technology, art, and culture, set to take place in Austin, Texas, from March 7 to 15, 2025.
The museum’s five-day showcase will highlight Dubai’s pioneering vision for technology, foresight, and cultural innovation, featuring 20 activations, panel discussions, and interactive experiences that offer a glimpse into the future of humanity.
Dubai Takes Center Stage at SXSW 2025
As part of its participation, the Dubai Future Foundation will serve as the official sponsor of SXSW’s 2050 Track, facilitating discussions on lunar living, artificial intelligence, and the future of food. The Museum of the Future House, a specially designed exhibition space, will provide a unique and immersive experience that captivates global innovators, thinkers, and creatives attending the festival.

Highlights of the Museum of the Future Experience at SXSW
Visitors to the Museum of the Future House will have access to a diverse lineup of expert-led panel discussions and AI-powered interactive experiences. A key highlight of the exhibition is "Earth Dreams", a pioneering digital artwork by world-renowned artist Refik Anadol. The artwork, which transforms real environmental data into dynamic visual narratives, will offer visitors a futuristic exploration of our planet’s changing landscapes. Notably, "Earth Dreams" is also permanently displayed on the second floor of the Museum of the Future in Dubai.
