Etihad Airways Expands Network with Eight New Destinations This June

Etihad Airways, the esteemed national airline of the UAE, is set to significantly enhance its flight network with the launch of services to eight new destinations throughout June. This expansion brings the total number of operating routes for the summer season to an impressive 76, reaffirming Etihad's commitment to global connectivity.

Antonoaldo Neves, CEO of Etihad Airways, expressed his enthusiasm about the expansion, stating, "It is an exciting month for Etihad as we expand our network with eight additional locations. We are pleased to introduce flights to three key destinations – Bali, Jaipur, and Al Qassim – which have already shown strong demand based on forward bookings."

The airline has strategically introduced direct flights to several seasonal and popular holiday spots, coinciding with the Eid holiday period. Newly launched destinations include Nice on the French Riviera, Antalya on the Turkish Riviera, and the return to Greek islands such as Mykonos and Santorini. Earlier in June, Etihad resumed services to Málaga, a popular summer destination in Spain.

This week, Etihad inaugurated direct services to Jaipur, renowned for its vibrant culture and historical significance as the 'pink city' of Rajasthan, India. Jaipur marks Etihad’s 11th gateway into India, underscoring the airline's commitment to enhancing connectivity within the Indian subcontinent.

On June 24th, Etihad will introduce flights to Al Qassim, its fourth destination in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Al Qassim is celebrated for its rich cultural heritage, bustling markets, and verdant date palm groves, offering travelers a unique glimpse into Saudi Arabia’s diverse landscape.

The following day, June 25th, Etihad will commence its inaugural flight to Bali, Indonesia, a coveted destination renowned for its pristine beaches and lush landscapes. The new service not only provides direct access to Bali from the UAE but also offers seamless connections from Europe, North America, and the GCC region.

Etihad’s flights to Bali will operate four times weekly, allowing travelers to indulge in the ultimate tropical island getaway with ease and convenience.

As Etihad Airways continues to expand its global footprint, these new routes underscore its dedication to providing passengers with enhanced travel options, seamless connectivity, and exceptional service across its extensive network.
