Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - August 13, 2024 – The third auction night of this year's International Falcon Breeders Auction, hosted by the Saudi Falcons Club at its headquarters in Malham, north of Riyadh, witnessed the sale of three falcons for a total of SAR102,000.
Two of the falcons, originating from the UK Falcons farm, fetched SAR46,000 and SAR31,000, respectively. Meanwhile, a falcon from the German farm Frank Falcons was sold for SAR25,000.
The event, which brings together falconers, breeders, and enthusiasts from both Saudi Arabia and abroad, highlights the Saudi Falcons Club's ongoing dedication to preserving the rich heritage of falconry. The auction serves as a significant platform for the exchange of knowledge and expertise, reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s cultural traditions in the sport of falconry.
