Grand Mosque Authority Enhances Preparations for Last Ten Days of Ramadan

RIYADH, March 21 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — The General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has intensified preparations to accommodate the expected influx of worshippers and visitors during the last ten days of Ramadan, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The authority has ramped up operational efforts to ensure the readiness of all prayer areas, with a particular focus on providing carpets, maintaining sanitation standards, conducting regular cleaning and fumigation, and ensuring the continuous supply of Zamzam water for worshippers. In addition, environmental protection services have been expanded, with dedicated teams maintaining facilities and restrooms, addressing potential issues, and preventing disruptions.
Cart services have been made readily available for visitors requiring assistance, and a comprehensive monitoring and reporting system has been implemented to track service quality and enhance visitor satisfaction.
The measures highlight the authority’s commitment to maintaining smooth operational services, facility upkeep, effective crowd management, and the delivery of social services within the Grand Mosque during this spiritually significant period.
