Israeli Airstrikes Kill 92 More in Gaza, Death Toll Reaches 51,157

Gaza, April 20 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip have killed at least 92 Palestinians in the past 48 hours, the Palestinian Health Ministry said on Saturday, bringing the total death toll since October 2023 to 51,157.

The Ministry added that 219 people were also injured during the latest bombardments, pushing the number of wounded to 116,724.

“Many victims are still trapped under the rubble and on the roads as rescuers are unable to reach them,” the statement noted, citing ongoing obstacles to emergency response efforts.

The conflict, now in its seventh month, continues to cause severe humanitarian devastation across the Gaza Strip.
