RIYADH, March 20 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — The Madinah Bus Project, overseen by the Al Madinah Region Development Authority, has announced the extension of its shuttle and public transport service schedules during the last ten days of Ramadan, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The expanded schedules apply to routes across the city, facilitating transportation for citizens and residents to both the Prophet's Mosque and the Quba Mosque, supporting the increasing demand for travel during the sacred period.
In the coming days, shuttle services will operate from 3:00 p.m. until half an hour after the conclusion of Qiyam prayers. Additionally, two key stations — Sayyid al-Shuhada and Al-Salam College — will provide continuous 24-hour service to ensure seamless access for worshippers and visitors throughout this spiritually significant time.
The initiative underscores the authority’s commitment to enhancing public transport services during peak periods, improving the overall experience for visitors and contributing to the smooth flow of traffic in Madinah.
