This new initiative is designed to align with the Kingdom’s cultural development strategy, offering a wide array of training options across various cultural and artistic domains.
The initiative aims to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development within the cultural sector, inspiring national talent and providing opportunities for both enthusiasts and professionals to refine their skills. The initiative includes 30 distinct pathways, encompassing nearly 150 training programs that cover a diverse range of cultural and artistic disciplines. These include culinary arts, theatre, libraries, film, fashion, heritage, visual arts, literature, publishing, and translation, among others. The duration of the training varies according to the specific cultural focus, allowing for tailored learning experiences that meet the unique needs of each participant.
