RIYADH, November 19, 2024 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – This November, Riyadh will once again transform into a luminous cultural hub as Noor Riyadh, the world’s largest light art festival, returns for its fourth edition. Running from November 28 to December 14, the festival will bring together over 60 artists from 18 nationalities, uniting creativity and technology under the evocative theme “Light Year Apart”.

Organized under the auspices of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City and Riyadh Art, Noor Riyadh 2024 promises to captivate audience with site-specific artworks, immersive experiences, and dynamic community programs across three icons locations: the King Abdulaziz Historical Center, Wadi Hanifah, and JAX District.
