Prince Faisal bin Farhan Meets with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio to Discuss Strategic Relations and Regional Developments

Washington, April 10 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, held a meeting on Wednesday with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio at the U.S. Department of State in Washington, where the two sides reaffirmed the strength of the longstanding strategic partnership between Saudi Arabia and the United States.


According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the ministers reviewed bilateral relations and explored opportunities to further enhance cooperation across various sectors. Discussions focused on strengthening joint coordination in addressing regional and international challenges.


The meeting addressed key developments in the Gaza Strip, Sudan, and Yemen, as well as the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Both parties exchanged views on these matters and underscored the importance of collaborative efforts to promote stability and international peace and security.


In attendance at the meeting were Saudi Ambassador to the United States Princess Reema bint Bandar bin Sultan and several other senior officials from both sides.


The visit comes as part of ongoing efforts by the Kingdom to maintain active diplomatic engagement with key partners and advance shared goals in regional and global affairs.
