Riyadh, October 1, 2024 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Prince Harry returned to the UK on Monday for a special appearance at the WellChild Awards, an annual event in London honoring seriously ill children, where he appeared cheerful and engaged with the young attendees. As patron of the WellChild charity, the Duke of Sussex delivered an uplifting speech.

“Huge congratulations, you little legends. I salute you. We salute you,” Prince Harry said, beaming with pride. “The WellChild Awards is an event that never fails to inspire me. The stories of young people who battle against the odds, living lives filled with medical procedures, hospital stays, endless appointments—they remind us all of the strength of the human spirit.”

This marks another public appearance for Harry, the younger son of King Charles III, who has remained in the media spotlight despite stepping back from royal duties in 2020. His UK return follows a series of events, including his 40th birthday and high-profile appearances in the United States.

Last week, Harry was in New York, urging governments to prioritize young people’s safety online and calling out social media companies for failing to protect children from online threats. He also appeared on NBC's "The Tonight Show," participating in a light-hearted segment with host Jimmy Fallon.

Although Harry has been estranged from his family since moving to California with his wife Meghan Markle, it is unclear if he will meet any of the royal family during this visit. His spokesperson declined to comment on whether he would reunite with King Charles or Prince William.

Harry’s last visit to the UK was in May for the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games, a cause close to his heart. At that time, King Charles, who has been undergoing treatment for cancer, was unable to meet with him due to scheduling conflicts.
