Riyadh’s Fenaa Alawwal Launches First-Ever ‘Art Films Week’

Riyadh, November 13 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – Fenaa Alawwal, a leading cultural center in Riyadh's Diplomatic Quarter, has announced the launch of its inaugural Art Films Week, a celebration of independent cinema that aims to foster dialogue between filmmakers and audiences. The event runs until November 21 and features an eclectic mix of art documentaries and animations designed to engage both adults and children.


The opening film, Nam June Paik: Moon is the Oldest TV, showcases the groundbreaking work of Asian artist Nam June Paik and his visionary exploration of media channels. Over the next four days, the event will feature screenings of Van Gogh and Japan, Omar Sharif: A Nomad’s Life, The King and Mister Bird, and The Prince Voyage. Films will be screened in the center’s outdoor area, enhancing the immersive experience for attendees.
