Saudi Ambassadors-Designate Sworn in Before Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman

JEDDAH, March 14 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, a group of Saudi ambassadors-designate to several brotherly and friendly countries took the oath of office before His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah.


The ambassadors pledged their loyalty to the Kingdom, vowing to uphold Saudi Arabia’s interests and perform their duties with honesty, integrity, and sincerity.


Among those sworn in were:


  • Ali bin Youssef, Ambassador to the Hellenic Republic (Greece)

  • Hatem Al-Ghamdi, Ambassador to the Argentine Republic

  • Abdulrahman Al-Dawood, Ambassador to the Swiss Confederation

  • Mohammed Al-Shamrani, Ambassador to the Union of the Comoros

  • Yahya Al-Qahtani, Ambassador to the Republic of Maldives

  • Sultan Al-Muzaini, Ambassador to the Oriental Republic of Uruguay

  • Abdullah bin Ubaiah, Ambassador to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh

  • Ahmed Al-Wuhaib, Ambassador to the Republic of Mozambique

  • Fahd Al-Manawer, Ambassador to the United Mexican States


During the oath-taking ceremony, they collectively pledged:"I swear by Allah Almighty to be loyal to my religion, King, and homeland, not to divulge any of the State's secrets, to preserve its interests and regulations internally and externally, and to perform my duties with honesty, integrity, and sincerity."

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, was present at the ceremony. The ambassadors will now assume their diplomatic roles, representing Saudi Arabia’s interests and fostering international relations in their respective host countries.
