Saudi Arabia’s Konoz Initiative Wins Two Platinum MUSE Creative Awards for "Horizon" Documentary

Riyadh, March 16, 2025 – The Konoz initiative, a project by the Ministry of Media, has achieved a new global milestone by winning two platinum awards at the MUSE Creative Awards for its documentary film "Horizon." The film was awarded in the cinematography and documentary film categories, bringing the total number of local and international awards won by the initiative to 31, SPA reported.
"Horizon" is a visually striking documentary that explores Saudi Arabia’s rich biodiversity, capturing the Kingdom’s diverse wildlife, natural landscapes, and environmental conservation efforts. Produced in collaboration with the National Center for Wildlife, the film highlights the Kingdom’s unique ecosystems, its geographical diversity, and efforts to protect rare species. The project aims to enhance global awareness of Saudi Arabia’s environmental wealth while promoting the country’s natural beauty.
