Saudi Arabia to Host 7th Global Occupational Safety and Health Conference in Riyadh


RIYADH, March 25 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — Minister of Human Resources and Social Development and Chairman of the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health Ahmed Al-Rajhi announced on Monday the launch of the 7th Global Occupational Safety and Health Conference (GOSH7), which will be held in Riyadh from May 4 to 6.


The conference will take place at the Four Seasons Hotel, bringing together a distinguished assembly of leaders and experts in occupational safety and health from government bodies, the private sector, and academic institutions, both from within the Kingdom and around the world.


GOSH7 will serve as a scientific and strategic platform to address the future of occupational safety and health, focusing on the challenges and opportunities facing labor markets globally. The event aims to foster a culture of workplace safety and health by facilitating dialogue around cutting-edge trends, best practices, and critical innovations in the field.


Speaking on the occasion, Al-Rajhi stated, "The Kingdom is proud to host GOSH7 in Riyadh, where we will discuss critical issues impacting work ecosystems and work on developing ideal frameworks. As the conference has become an important annual event for leaders in occupational safety and health, the Kingdom looks forward to making this edition the most comprehensive yet globally."

The conference will also emphasize the importance of technology in improving workplace environments, strengthening preventive measures, and raising awareness of safety and health practices. According to Al-Rajhi, GOSH7 marks a significant milestone in reinforcing global dialogue and enhancing compliance with occupational safety standards, in line with Saudi Arabia’s efforts to lead advancements in this vital sector.
