Saudi Foreign Minister Participates in 163rd GCC Ministerial Council Meeting in Makkah
Makkah, March 7, 2025 – Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah participated in the 163rd Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Ministerial Council meeting held yesterday in Makkah.
Chaired by Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya, the meeting brought together GCC foreign ministers to discuss the progress of joint Gulf action and strategies to strengthen regional cooperation.
The ministers reviewed reports on the implementation of decisions made at the 45th GCC Summit in Kuwait in December 2024, as well as memoranda and findings from ministerial and technical committees and the GCC Secretariat General. The session also addressed key regional and international developments, reinforcing the GCC’s commitment to enhancing stability and economic integration in the Gulf region.
