The initiative, set to revolutionize the emirate’s creative landscape, reflects Sharjah’s commitment to fostering cultural and economic growth through design and production industries.
The creation of SDC follows an Emiri Decree issued by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. The centre is set to become the leading design and prototyping organization in Sharjah, offering advanced facilities for artisans, designers, and industrial innovators.
A Visionary Institution for Design Excellence
Located within the Sharjah Creative Quarter (SCQ), the centre is part of a broader strategy to integrate creative talent with industrial capabilities. The SCQ initiative is led by Honorary President H.H. Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, chaired by Sheikha Hoor bint Sultan Al Qasimi, and managed by BEEAH Group.
