RIYADH, March 21 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) — The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) and UFC, the world’s premier mixed martial arts organization, have announced the return of UFC to Abu Dhabi on Saturday, July 26, at the Etihad Arena.
According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), this event follows two highly successful UFC showcases in Abu Dhabi in 2024. In October, UFC 308: Topuria vs Holloway saw Spain’s Ilia Topuria deliver a memorable third-round knockout against top contender Max Holloway to defend his featherweight title. Earlier in August, fans witnessed an intense bantamweight showdown during UFC Fight Night: Sandhagen vs Nurmagomedov, where Umar Nurmagomedov claimed victory over Cory Sandhagen after five grueling rounds.
