Riyadh, February 6, 2025 (Saudi Arabia Breaking News) – The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) has issued a weather alert warning of strong dust-stirring winds affecting Tabuk, Al-Jouf, the Northern Borders, Makkah, Madinah, Hail, Qassim, Riyadh, and the Eastern Region. Reduced visibility due to blowing dust is expected in these areas.
Additionally, light rain and fog are forecast in parts of Al-Baha, Aseer, Jazan, and some central and northern regions, potentially impacting travel conditions.

Red Sea: Winds will be northwesterly at 20-55 km/h in the northern and central parts and southeasterly to southerly at 20-55 km/h in the southern part. Waves may exceed 2.5 meters, making sea conditions choppy.
Arabian Gulf: Winds will be southeasterly to southerly at 20-55 km/h, with waves reaching over 2.5 meters, creating rough seas.
The NCM advises residents and travelers to take precautions due to low visibility, potential flight disruptions, and hazardous sea conditions. Authorities urge fishermen and small boat operators to avoid venturing into the sea until conditions improve.
